Hello! My name is Holly Merritt, welcome to my blog! Let me share a little bit about myself...I was born and raised in Knox City, Texas, a VERY small town in the western part of the state. I currently reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area where I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a wife, a mother of two boys, a baker, and a blogger. I have worked for many years as a social worker, but now I am just enjoying life at home serving my family and doing this thing called life. As a southern woman born and raised in West Texas, many of my fondest memories as a child include family gatherings and celebrations where we enjoyed Sunday dinner, family time and baking with family. These memories inspired me to open my own home bakery where I get to provide homemade treats to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
